Cubone Tattoo Timeline by TheTattooAnimator Cubone Tattoo Timeline by TheTattooAnimator
The timeline of my Cubone tattoo. On the left is my original concept. In the middle is the first tattoo I got and was VERY pissed off at the artist for it. Finally on the right is the re-done tattoo from a different artist. Not perfect but it was the best he could do (and a better than what I could come up with) to fix the original.

I only see a couple of problems with the first tattoo. Did you have it removed or something?

Nah way too expensive. The second artist did his over the old. The eye is completely wrong, the outline was inconsistent (thick in some parts and thin in others and didn't even join up in some parts), the arm holding onto my skin is over part of the skull when it's meant to be behind, one of his feet was pointy, the shading is darker in parts than it should have been, the bone looked weird and missed the scuffing aaaaaaand the nose wasn't completed.

I was going to but just gave her and the studio a shit as reputation and spread the word like wildfire.

she did an outline but didn't once look at my picture I gave her according to my girlfriend who was watching. The only reason we didn't say anything at the time was because well she's the tattoo artist and we can't tell her how to do her job and right after we thought it may look better after it heals but it just got worse.

One of the good things about the guy who fixed everything up for me is that he takes pride in his work and has been tattooing for decades. He also uses 100% vegan inks and you wouldn't tell the difference next to a standard tattoo.

the tattoo artist that i went to asked me about 10 times if the outline was good for me before he started tattooing, so that first tattoo artist is an idiot and i would've said "you know that really doesn't look good can you fix some things since this is going to be on my body for the rest of my life" and hell if the artist didn't like it i would've left and found someone else but thank god the other one fixed it cause it looks 100x better than before

Thank you. We both tossed ideas at each other for a good half hour before he did anything.
